Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the City Star Global Holdings Limited investor platform, including the public website, investor workspace and related communications.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Disclosures.

2. Definitions

“Account” means an investor workspace registered on the platform.

“Available Balance” means unallocated funds recorded on the Account.

“Investment Plan” means a published mandate with a minimum allocation, daily return rate and stated duration.

“Operations” means authorised administrative users who review funding instructions and account activity.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and able to provide accurate identification and contact details.

The platform may refuse, restrict or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration

Registration requires a full name, email address and password. Additional profile details may be requested after onboarding.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your Account.

5. Account Security

You must keep credentials confidential and enable available security controls, including two-factor authentication where offered.

City Star Global Holdings Limited will not request your password by email. Notify Investor Relations immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Investment Plans

Published plans set minimum capital, daily return rate and tenure. Allocation is available only from Available Balance that meets the selected plan’s requirements.

Plan terms displayed in the investor workspace at the time of confirmation govern that instruction.

7. Investment Instructions

An investment becomes active after you confirm the plan, amount, return rate, duration, start date and maturity date.

Allocated capital is moved from Available Balance into the selected plan and is no longer available for withdrawal until settlement or an authorised cancellation.

8. Deposits

Deposit requests are submitted with an amount and a configured funding method. Instructions displayed on the platform must be followed using the assigned reference.

Deposits remain pending until Operations approves or rejects the instruction. Approval credits Available Balance. Rejection does not credit the Account.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted only from Available Balance. You must provide destination details for the selected method and confirm their accuracy.

Withdrawals remain pending until Operations approves or rejects the instruction. Approval deducts Available Balance. Rejection leaves Available Balance unchanged.

10. Investment Duration

Each plan has a stated tenure running from the recorded start date to the recorded maturity date, subject to pause, resume, completion or cancellation by Operations where authorised.

11. Returns and Accruals

Applicable daily return is calculated according to the selected Investment Plan. The investor workspace displays the applicable daily amount and accumulated return.

Returns are recorded throughout the active period at defined internal intervals. Displayed figures are account records of the platform, not a representation of any particular underlying asset performance.

12. Maturity

When a plan reaches its maturity date, accrual stops. Capital plus accumulated return is credited to Available Balance once, and the investment is marked completed.

Completed investments remain visible in account history.

13. Fees

Unless a fee is expressly displayed at the time of a funding instruction, the platform does not apply a separate processing fee to that instruction.

Third-party banks, networks or payment providers may impose their own charges, which are outside the platform’s control.

14. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, misrepresent identity or destination details, attempt to interfere with security controls, or submit duplicate or fraudulent funding instructions.

15. Account Suspension

Operations may suspend an Account where required for security, compliance or Terms enforcement. A suspended investor cannot sign in until the Account is reactivated.

16. Account Termination

Either party may close an Account subject to settlement of pending instructions and remaining balances in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

17. Risk Disclosure

Investment activity involves risk. You should read the Risk Disclosure and seek independent advice where appropriate before allocating capital.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Star Global Holdings Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, interruption of access, or third-party payment delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

20. Communications

The platform may send in-app notifications and transactional email relating to account, security, funding and investment events.

Operational notices may also be published as announcements in the investor workspace.

21. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when revisions are published. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the laws applicable to City Star Global Holdings Limited at 8001 Zürich, Switzerland, without prejudice to mandatory investor protections that cannot be waived.
